Death of Phillip S. Hobson

Phillip S. Hobson passed away Tuesday, August 26th, at 2:30 o’clock, at Broadlawns hospital, in Des Moines. He leaves besides his son, Lloyd of Des Moines, two sisters, Mrs. Jennie Cooley and Mrs. Hattie Johnson, both of Winterset.

The body was brought to Winterset for burial and was placed by the side of his wife, Anna Hobson, and four children.

Short funeral services were conducted at the cemetery by the Rev. A. P. Keast.
