EDWARD COLLINS OF WEST DES MOINES DIES

Edward Collins of West Des Moines died at his home there Sunday, Nov. 26, at the age of 64 years.

Mr. Collins was born near Cumming but had lived in West Des Moines for 23 years. Prior to his retirement, he was clerk for the Iowa Liquor Control commission. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic church in West Des Moines, and of the American Legion.

Surviving are his wife, Leota; two daughters, Mrs. Elmer Castle of Ankeny and Mrs. Patricia Moon of Algona; four grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Kathryn Graham of Booneville and Ann Collins of Des Moines.

Funeral services were held Tuesday from Sacred Heart Catholic chruch. Burial was made in Resthaven cemetery in West Des Moines.
