Winterset, IowaLYDIA COUNTRYMAN OF EARLHAM DIES
Mrs. Lydia L. Countryman, a long time resident of Earlham, died Saturday, June 3, at the home of her son, Roy Countryman, in Des Moines. She was 79 years of age.
She is survived by three sons, Joseph of Earlham and Henry of West Des Moines, in addition to Roy of Des Moines. She also leaves two daughters, Mrs. Blanche Webb of Earlham, and Mrs. Christine Webb of Adel; 19 grandchildren; and 30 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were to be held this Wednesday from the Fisher Funeral home at Adel, with burial in Wiscotta cemetery at Redfield.

Services for Mrs. Lydia Louise Countryman, 79, long-time resident of Earlham, were held Wednesday at the Fisher Funeral Home in Adel. Burial was in Wiscotta cemetery, Redfield.
Mrs. Countryman died Saturday at the home of her son, Roy Countryman, in Des Moines.
Surviving are two other sons, Joseph of Earlham, and Henry of West Des Moines; two daughters, Mrs. Edna Webb, Earlham, and Mrs. Christine Webb, Adel; 19 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
