Wednesday, May 20, 1959MRS. CLARENCE BLAKE DIES AT CORNING
Funeral services for Mrs. Clarence Blake were held Tuesday at Corning. She had been a teacher in the Corning schools for a number of years, and died suddenly of a heart attack while at school.
Mrs. Blake was born and raised in southern Indiana but had lived in Iowa most of her live, having lived in the Peru community at one time.
She is survived by her husband, three children, Bob of Texas, Tom of Kansas City, and Martha of Council Bluffs. She was a sister of Charles Agan of Peru and the late Wes Agan.
