MRS. FRANCES UHE DIES

Mrs. Frances Knight Uhe, a former Madison county resident, died at Denver, Colo., Tuesday, Feb. 12, at the age of 71 years.

Her husband, Edwin L. Uhe, a well known Denver insurance man, preceded her in death six years ago. She is survived by a foster son, Merrill Knight, and two sisters, Mrs. L. H. Angevine, and Mrs. Otis M. Early, all of Denver and a brother, Wyman Knight of Dexter.

Mrs. Uhe who had lived in Denver the past 15 years, was the former Frances Knight, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Merrill A. Knight of Jefferson township. The family moved to Winterset and later to a farm in Jackson township.

She was buried in the Fairmount cemetery in Denver.
