Patterson--(Special)--May 1.
Funeral services for Duane Nyswonger, 38, and his son, Stanley, 5, of Redfield, son-in-law and grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Zumwalt who were former residents of the Patterson community were held Sunday afternoon at the Orr funeral home in Indianola with burial in the Indianola cemetery.
The father and son were killed on Friday when the tractor they were riding overturned on a steep bank.
Surviving are the widow and mother, the former Miss Esther Zumwalt and a son and brother, Clair, 11. The Nyswonger and Zumwalt families had moved from Indianola to a large farm near Redfield ealy this spring.
