MRS. T. E. HALFERTY DIED ON MONDAY

Mrs. T. E. Halferty, a former resident of Winterset, died suddenly Monday at her home in Alleman, following a heart attack. She was about 55 years of age.

Mr. and Mrs. Halferty lived in Winterset for about six years, while he was employed as manager of the Lavalleur Locker plant here. They left Winterset two years ago.

Near surviving relatives are Mr. Halferty, and a daughter, Jean.

Funeral services will be held this Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at Exira.
