Betty Ann White, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vernon White, was born in Winterset, Iowa on February 7th, 1946. She received Christian baptism at the Worthington Methodist church July 21, 1946, where she later attended Sunday School regularly. She was a pupil at Madison township school number eight, where she was loved by all.

She passed away May 19th, 1953, at the Lutheran hospital in Des Moines, after a brief illness, leaving her loving parents, one brother, Rex Warren White, one grandmother, Mrs. Mary Olson of Des Moines, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Though her life was brief in time, it will be immortal in the remembrance of all who knew her.

Services were held at the Richards Funeral home in Winterset on May 21st, with interment at the Worthington cemetery. Rev. John Latta officiated.
