JOHN LINNANE OF BEVINGTON IS DEAD

Stricken Sunday at Home, Dies Within Few Hours

(Bevington--Special)

John Linnane, long-time resident of Bevington and Crawford township, suffered a fatal stroke at his home in Bevington Sunday afternoon. He died about 7:30 o'clock that evening.

Surviving are his wife, the former Margaret McLaughlin of Lee township; two sisters, Mrs. John Breen of Des Moines, and Mrs. John Walsh of Norwalk; and a brother, James Linnane of Bevington.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. this Wednesday from the Churchville Catholic church with burial in Calvary cemetery there.
