MRS. CHARLOTTE LAMB DIED LAST SATURDAY

Funeral Services Were Held From Anderson's on Sunday

Mrs. Charlotte Lamb, elderly Winterset resident, died at her home here last Saturday at the age of 81 years.

Mrs. Lamb was a native of Virginia, where she was born Nov. 16, 1857, the daughter of James and Sarah Meadows. There she was married to Hezekiah Lamb.

For many years she had been a resident of this state. As a young girl she became a member of the Methodist church, but after coming to Iowa she had joined the Pentacostal church.

Mrs. Lamb was the mother of seven children, three dying in infancy, and one son at the age of 29 years. She is survived by three children, Mrs. Elmer Banks, William Smith Lamb and Mrs. L. L. Pearson, all of Winterset; 16 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held from Anderson's Home for Funerals last Sunday, with burial in the Winterset cemetery.
