Funeral services were held at the Methodist Church Wednesday afternoon, at 2:30 conducted by the pastor Rev. Enock Hill. Interment was in Earlham Cemetery. The following biography of her life was read at this service:
Beulah Claire Bunnell was born in Stark Co., Ill. on Dec. 25, 1878. In 1892 she went with her parents to Kearney, Neb. She graduated from Kearney High School in 1895 and came to Madison County in 1900.
The following year she attended Simpson College at Indianola. She finished her musical education at Prof. Enna's Conservataory of Music in Des Moines, graduating from there in the month of May 1902. She was married to J. C. Renshaw, Jan. 12, 1905. To them were born two children, Marvyn and Quintin.
Mrs. Renshaw joined the Methodist Church in Earlham Feb. 16, 1913 under the pastorate of Rev. C. H. Miller. Mrs. Renshaw was a finely accomplished woman, a good homemaker and mother, and a great help to any community.
She was called suddenly to her reward on Monday morning July 12, 1920.
She leaves to mourn her loss her husband, two sons, mother and two brothers, besides a host of friends and neighbors.
