MORTUARY

Harry Grover Roberts, youngest son of J. Wesley and Mary Roberts was born Oct. 8, 1884, on a farm near St. Charles, and departed this life Jan. 18, 1939, at the Winterset hospital where he had been a patient for only a few hours.

He was united in marriage to Miss Blanche Trumbauer on May 31, 1911. To this union was born one child, Clyde who preceded him in death on March 6, 1920. Harry had lived in St. Charles and vicinity all his life.

Since his marriage with the exception of two years, he had lived on the farm where he resided at the time of his death.

When about nineteen years old he was baptized and received into membership in the Christian church.

He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, his aged mother, eight nieces and nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

He was a loving dutiful son, a kind considerate husband, and a good friend to his neighbors.

Mr. Roberts was always a great lover of his home-was happiest when he was working in and around the home-although he would cheerfully go to aid anyone who needed or called him.
