Arthur Mount Killed In Fall From Tree Saturday

Funeral Services Held Tuesday, Methodist Church

Saturday afternoon about 3:30 The Evans ambulance was called to take Art Mount to the hospital. He had been cutting a limb from a tree near the fire-station. It is supposed the loosened limb had knocked him from the ladder and the butt end of the limb striking the back of his head and injuring the skull. The fall had resulted in a broken neck. He passed away later Saturday evening.

Mr. Mount had been employed by the city for several years.
