MCLAUGHLIN RITES AT ST. PATRICK’S

Mrs. Minnie McLaughlin, a long time resident of Lee township, died Saturday, Feb. 6, at a Des Moines hospital. She was 85 years of age, and had been ill three months.

Mrs. McLaughlin was born near Churchville, in Warren county. She was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic church in Lee township, where she was a member of the Altar and Rosary society.

Mrs. McLaughlin’s husband died many years ago. She leaves two daughters, Frances and Mary McLaughlin, both of Booneville, and a son, Robert M. McLaughlin of Des Moines in addition to three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Feb. 9 from St. Patrick’s church, with burial in the cemetery there.
