PATTERSON SERVICES FOR W. E. HARDY

Funeral services for William Earl Hardy, former Bevington and Patterson resident, were held at the Methodist church in Patterson, Monday, July 27 at 2 p.m.

Mr. Hardy died July 25 at the Still Osteopathic hospital in Des Moines of a heart condition, following a five months illness. He had been a Des Moines resident for the past eight years.

Survivors include his wife, Edith; one daughter, Mrs. Maxine Hart of Crawford township; one son, Leon, of Des Moines, and one step daughter, Mrs. Robert Morris of Washington, D.C. He also leaves two sisters and a brother, Mrs. Ellen Schoen, Mrs. Eva Fryer and Raymond Hardy, all of Des Moines.

Burial was made in the Montpelier cemetery, northeast of Patterson.
