FRANK DICK, 77, DIED HERE MONDAY NIGHT

Funeral Services Will Be Held This Thursday at Andersons

Frank Dick, a resident of Winterset for nearly half a century, died here Monday night at the age of 77 years.

Mr. Dick was born in Madison county and spent his entire life here. He was the son of John and Sarah Franks Dick. As a young man he was married to Della Iiams, who survives him. They had made their home in Winterset since 1902.

In addition to his wife, he leaves seven children, Floyd Dick and Mrs. Frank Jessup of Winterset, Clair Dick of Oakland, Calif., Earl Dick of Cedar Rapids, Gail Dick of Oakland, Calif., Stanley Dick of Glendale, Calif., and Miles Dick of Burlington. He also leaves a brother, John Dick of Stuart, and three sisters, Mrs. Laura Burgess, Mrs. Lizzie Doolittle and Mrs. Alice Sidoner; and 21 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held this Thursday at 2 p.m. from Andersons home for funerals, in charge of the Rev. I. E. Linkletter, pastor of the Winterset Church of Christ. Burial will be made in the Union cemetery south of Peru.
