Douglas Township Resident Has Heart Attack After Swimming
Clarence Hibdon of Douglas township died in the office of a Winterset physician Sunday. He had been swimming in North river after which he complained of not feeling well. He was brought to the doctor in Winterset, and died here of a heart attack.
Mr. Hibdon was about 55 years old. He moved here about two years ago from Stover, Mo., and had been employed on the farm of Roy Ford in Douglas township. He is survived by his wife and several children.
The body was taken to Stover for funeral services and burial.
