FREDERICK HEYL DIES AT TRURO

Druggist There for Quarter Century Succumbed on Oct. 6

Truro--Frederick Heyl, operator of the Heyl Drug store here for the past 25 years, died at his home here Saturday, Oct. 6th at the age of 68 years. He was one of the most respected citizens of this community.

Mr. Heyl was born May 1, 1885, at Ida Grove, a son of George and Kathryn Heyl. He attended Highland Park college in Des Moines, and came to Truro 25 years ago.

He was married 22 years ago to Mrs. Ruth Dowler. They were the parents of one daughter, now Mrs. Audra Craig.

In addition to his wife and daughter, he leaves two brothers, Wyatt Heyl of Elk Point, S. Dak., and Edward Heyl of Holridge, Neb., and Mrs. Heyl's children, Harold and Hazel of Omaha, Marie of Minong, Wisc., and Joe Dowler of Lorimor.

Funeral services were held Oct. 9 from the Truro Methodist church in charge of the pastor, the Rev. W. J. Fowler. Burial was made in the cemetery at Afton.

LORIMOR

Joe Dowler was called to Truro Sunday by the sudden death of his stepfather, Fred Heyl, a druggist there. He died Saturday evening of a heart attack.
