Clara B. Moore, 85, of Newberg, Ore., died May 7, 1994 in a Newberg care center. Funeral services were May 13, 1994 at the Attrell's Newberg mortuary. Burial was at the Valley View Memorial Park in Newberg.

She was born March 15, 1909 in Ringgold County. She married Walter Moore on Dec. 24, 1929 in Creston.

She worked for the Dundee Nut Packing Plant and the Sherwood Cannery for many years until retiring and moving to Portland and then to Newberg, Ore.

She was preceded in death by her husband.

Surviving relatives include two sons, Dean Moore and Jim Moore, both of Winterset; four daughters, Jean Olson of Newberg, Ore., Reta Dixon of Dayton, Ore., Linda Kibler of Scio, Ore., and Debra Moore of Wilsonville, Ore.; three sisters, Anna Travis and Lena Howard, both of Winterset and Edna Andrews of Tacoma, Wash.; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
