ELMER R. MOORE DIED HERE TUESDAY

Retired Madison County Farmer Was 80 Years of Age

Elmer R. Moore, a life-long resident of Madison county, died at the Memorial hospital in Winterset Tuesday, Nov. 17. He was 80 years of age.

Mr. Moore was born in Madison county, Dec. 13, 1872 and was married here in 1893 to Nora May Coffman. She died in 1930. His life was spent in farming but he had been retired in recent years.

He is survived by two sons, Guile E. Moore of Winterset and Edgar A. Moore of Macksburg; two granddaughters and five great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held this Wednesday from the Richards Funeral home, conducted by the Rev. Charles W. Bellus. Burial was made in the Winterset Cemetery.
