October 19, 1933DEATH OF LEONARD JENKS
Leonard Jenks, 20 year old youth of Dickens, a nephew of Mrs. Ed Embree of Winterset, was killed Sunday evening in an automobile accident. The car which Jenks was driving collided with a machine driven by Ralph Mangan, 18, of Sioux City on Highway No. 18, four miles east of Dickens. Mr. Jenks had visited his aunt here, many times and had many friends here.
