BEVINGTON NATIVE DIES IN WISCONSIN

Marion Cody, a native of the Bevington community, died last Wednesday, Sept 25 at a hospital in Milwaukee, Wisc. Following a heart attack. He was 50 years of age.

Mr. Cody was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Will Cody of Bevington and spent his early life in that community. For the past 35 years he had lived in Milwaukee. He had visited at Winterset, numerous time with his cousin, Mrs. Merrill Husted.

He leaves a sister, Mrs. Carroll Beem of Des Moines.

Funeral services were held in Milwaukee, and the body was returned here where services were held Sunday from Blair Chapel, in charge of the Rev. Alex Grossnickle. Burial was made in Blair Chapel cemetery.
