MRS. ANNA BUSCH DIED ON TUESDAY

Former Resident Passes at Rockwell City Nursing Home

Mrs. Anna Busch, former Madison county resident, died Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 22 at the age of 67 at a nursing home in Rockwell City, after an illness of several months. She had resided in Winterset the past few years but had gone to Rockwell City this spring, after she became ill so that she might be near her daughter.

Mrs. Busch, the former Margaret Ann McGlothlen, was born in Webster township, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Amsa McGlothlen, March 17, 1883. Following her marriage to Steve Busch, they moved to Rockwell City, and he preceded her in death 13 years ago.

She is survived by their one daughter, Mrs. Jean Harris of Rockwell, City, and a sister, Mrs. Etta Barcroft of Winterset. She also leaves two grandchildren, Betty and Jan Harris.

Funeral services will be held in Rockwell City Thursday morning at 10 o'clock and the remains will be brought to the Macksburg cemetery, where the Rev. Clement Loehr, pastor of the Winterset Presbyterian church, will conduct graveside services at three o'clock.
