Funeral Services Were Held in Waterloo This Tuesday
Floyd L. Neff, retired packing plant work who had lived in Winterset the last five years, died at Madison county Memorial hospital in Winterset Saturday, May 26. He was 81 years of age.
Mrs. Neff was a native of Jefferson county, where he was born March 2, 1875, a son of John and Ida West Neff. He lived and worked for many years in Waterloo, and moved from Waterloo to Winterset five years ago.
He is survived by his wife, Emma to whom he was married in 1910. He also leaves seven children: Mrs. Mildred Madison of Winterset, Mrs. Pearl Bailey of Waterloo, Sgt. Harold Neff of California, Mrs. Agnes Finders, and Glenn and Ray Neff of Waterloo and Ralph and Ansen Neff of Ottumwa.
Funeral services wee held this Tuesday from the Garden of Memory chapel in Waterloo, and burial was made in the Garden of Memory cemetery there.
