FORMER RESIDENT DIES IN ST. LOUIS

Mrs. Austia A. McCoy, a former resident of Madison county died Friday, March 16 at St Louis, Mo. as result of a heart attack. She was 70 years of age.

Mrs. CcCoy (McCoy) was the former Austia Moore, daughter of James and Lucy Moore and was born in Warren county in 1906. She was married to Earl E. Eyerly of Winterset who preceded her in death.

They were parents of six children all of whom survive. They are Mrs. Venice Burt of Truro, Mrs. Helen Huctcroft of Martensdale, Elwyn H. Eyerly of Baxter, and Mrs. Martha Wright, Mrs. Dorotha Hoag and Jack Eyerly of St. Louis, who was a nephew of children and one great grandchild.

Also surviving is her husband, William C McCoy to whom she was married in 1948, together with five stepchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Blanche Litzenberg of Indianola.

Funeral services were held March 19 at St. Louis in charge of the Rev. Gerald Teeter, pastor of Zion Methodist church in South St. Louis, who was a nephew of Mrs. McCoy. Burial was made in Oak Grove cemetery at St. Louis.
