Alberta May Arohood, Des Moines girl, who was born in Madison county, died at the hospital in Clarinda Saturday, December 9th. Miss Arohood was born in this county March 30, 1906 and was 27 years of age at the time of her death.
She resided here when a child and for a time made her home with her two great aunts, the Misses Cora and Eva McCulley.
The Rev. W. C. Porter conducted her funeral service at Tidrick's Funeral home, Wednesday morning, December 13th at 10 o.'clock, and burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
The girl is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Everett Leroy Arohood and a brother, Harold Leroy.
