Donna Delano Headlund, five months-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Headlund of Lincoln township, died Friday at the home of her parents. Death was caused by pneumonia.
Funeral services were held for the child Sunday at 2 p.m. and she was buried in the Hooten cemetery. Rev. W. C. Porter conducted the rites at which the United Presbyterian Women's choir sang.
In addition to the parents, the child is survived by a brother, Dean.

Page 1, Column 5Donnie Delano, six months old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Headlund, who live near the state park, died Friday night as she was being brought to Winterset hospital for oxygen treatments. The little girl had been ill with pneumonia, her condition becoming worse late Friday when the attempt to reach the hospital was made in an effort to save her life. The Rev. W. C. Porter, pastor of the United Presbyterian church held the services Sunday afternoon at the Hooten cemetery. The parents and a brother Dean, survive.
