January 10, 1917Death of CHARLES BAYER
News has been received here of the death of Charles Bayer, at his home in Lake Arthur, New Mexico. He was a son of Jacob Bayer, who resided here for many years.
His death occurred Jan. 6th, at the age of 52 years. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Clark left Sunday, via Peru, for Lake Arthur to attend the funeral, Mrs. Clark being a sister of the deceased.
