Funeral services were held Friday morning, July 5, at the Trinity Lutheran Church near Van Meter for Catherine Anne Thrailkill, infant daughter of John and Cheryl Thrailkill of Ankeny. The child was stillborn at Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines on Monday July 1.
Survivors include the parents, as well as grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. William D. Martens of Winterset and Mr. and Mrs. John E. Thrailkill of Earlham. Also surviving are grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Thrailkill and Nelson Stump of Earlham.
The services were conducted by Pastor Donald Illian of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Ankeny. Graveside rites were held at the Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery.
