Death of W. R. Fort

William R. Fort died on March 21st at the age of 73 years. He was a native of Indiana, was married fifty-two years ago to Miss Emma Purdun of Dexter, who with one daughter and two sons remain to mourn his death. Two brothers, M. S. and U. S. Fort and a sister, Martha Taylor also survive.

Mr. Fort had resided for 20 years or more at Patterson, where he will be greatly missed by the community. His character was of unusually fine type and his daily life was an inspiration to those about him.
