Resident Dies

Ermal D. Sherard, son of Glenn V. and Pearl M. Sherard, formerly of Winterset, passed away November 7 at Whittier, California.

Mr. Sherard was born and raised in Winterset and attended the public schools here, later moving with the family to California.

Both parents preceded him in death. Survivors include, 2 sisters, Dorothy (Mrs. Frank) Shelton of Farmington, New Mexico and Dixie (Mrs. Loy) Murphy of Whittier, California; two brothers, Amil of Huntington Park and Ernest of Fountain Valley, California. Also an aunt, Mrs. Blanche Whisler of Winterset.

Services for Mr. Sherard were held November 13 at 11:30 a.m. from Rainbow Chapel in Whittier. Burial was at Rose Hills Memorial Park.
