Mrs Emory Hodson died at her home in Des Moines on Sunday the 24th, after a long illness with cancer. Both Mr. and Mrs. Hodson were former residents of Winterset. Mrs. Hodson will be remembered as Miss Flora Welch, daughter of James H. Welch. Mr. and Mrs. Welch are in Des Moines at this time, having gone to attend the funeral services held there on Wednesday.
