ED HARRIS Services Tuesday at Winterset

The body of Ed Harris of Des Moines was brought to Winterset this Tuesday for funeral services and burial. Mr. Harris, who was 61 years of age, died Saturday in Des Moines.

The services were held from Anderson's home for funerals, conducted by the Rev. R. R. Wohlwent of the First Baptist church here. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.

Mr. Harris was a native of Madison county, and spent his early life here. He moved to Des Moines seven years ago. He was employed by the Gibbs-Cook Tractor company there.

Surviving are his wife, the former Minnie Shearer of Winterset; three sons, Tommy Harris of Michigan; Jack Harris of Oakland, Calif., and Winfred Harris of Des Moines; and two sisters, Mrs. Marie Morton of Madrid and Mrs. Susie Jones of Boone.
