ELDON HUSTED Dies Of Heart Attack

E. Eldon Husted, a native of the Peru community, died last Friday, Nov. 2, 1956, in Des Moines. Death followed a heart attack. He was 61 years of age.

Mr. Husted was born at Peru, but had lived 43 years in Des Moines. He was a member of the Masonic lodge and Eastern Star chapter at St. Charles, the Knights Templar and Za-Ga-Zig Shrine orders in Des Moines, and the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen.

Surviving are his wife, Ruth; a daughter, Mrs. George Harsch of West Des Moines; a son, Ensign Richard C. Husted of the U. S. navy; his stepmother, Mrs. Lucinda Husted of St. Charles; three brothers, Frank Husted of Dexter and Virgie and Eugene Husted of Knoxville; and a stepbrother, Frank Childerns of Des Moines. He also leaves four grandchildren.
