Mrs. Rosa Lisher, wife of Edward P. Lisher, and daughter of Ramsey Atcheson, was born August 18, 1869, and died March 3, 1895, after an illness of about five weeks. Her home for the past five years had been in St. Joseph, Mo. Her earlier years were spent in Madison county, and she was at her father’s home in Winterset when she died. All who knew her speak well of her. She expressed a confident hope in Jesus before her disease. She leaves a husband, three little girls, and a large circle of relatives and friends to mourn her loss.
