Everett G. Rouw, 81, of Ottumwa, died July 3, 1994 at the Ottumwa Manor. Funeral services will be July 7 at 2 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Ottumwa. The Rev. David Jogewaard will officiate with burial at the Shrine of Memories Mausoleum. Visitation will be Wed., July 6 at the Shrine of Memories Funeral Home with family visitation from 7-8:30 p.m.
He was born Aug 17, 1912 in Holland to Albert and Effie (Plate) Rouw. He married Verna VanSteenis on June 18, 1936 in Pella. He was a farmer and a member of the first Presbyterian Church in Ottumwa.
Local surviving relatives include a son, Verlan Rouw of Macksburg.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the First Presbyterian Church in Ottumwa.
