Mrs. Sarah Guye Robison died on Jan. 24 aged 69 years in Omaha, her home for years. Mrs. Robison, a native of Madison county and a resident of Jackson township for 28 years, was a sister of Miss Mary and James Guye of Winterset, Mrs. Gillespie of Jackson township and of Chas Guye of Alaska. Two sons and their father also survive.
The remains were brought to Dexter for burial on Sunday. Mrs. Robison possessed a large number of close friends who sincerely mourn her death.

Sarah Isabell Guye, daughter of George and Lurana Guye, was born August 11th, 1855, near Winterset, and died January 24, 1924, at her home in Omaha, after an illness of two years, at the age of 68 years, 3 months and 13 days.
On the 4th of March 1874, she was united in marriage to W. S. Robison, of Delaware county. After their marriage they moved on a farm near Pitzer in Jackson township, where they resided until in 1903, when they moved to Des Moines. A year later they came back to Dexter and lived there for a number of years, later moving to Omaha, where they resided at the time of her death.
To this union were born four children, Grace Louise who died in 1907, Charles who died in infancy, Clair W. and Francis who survive.
Mrs. Robison was a woman of charming ways, who made many warm friends wherever she went. To know her was to love her.
She leaves to mourn her departure besides her husband, one son, Clair Robison, of Dillion, Montana, daughter, Francis of Omaha, two sisters, Mary Guye of Winterset, Elvia Gillespie, of Dexter, two brothers James Guye, of Winterset and Charles Guye of Juneau, Alaska, all of whom were present at the funeral, which was held Sunday at 11 o’clock at the Presbyterian church in Dexter, of which she was a member, conducted by the regular minister of that place.
After the regular services the Eastern Star Lodge, of which she was a charter member, took charge of the services. Interment was made in the Dexter cemetery.
