ESTHER SINN, Winterset

Esther I. Sinn, 96, of Winterset, died of complications of pneumonia April 25, 1997 at the Madison County Memorial Hospital in Winterset. Funeral services were April 28 at McLaren's Funeral Chapel. Burial was at Resthaven Cemetery in West Des Moines.

She was born in Valley Junction and had lived in Van Meter prior to moving to Winterset. She was a homemaker and had attended Commerce Community Church.

Surviving relatives include two sons, Bill Boehm of Roselle, Ill., and Robert Boehm of Rathburn Lake; two daughters, Pauline Haasel of Tarpon Springs, Fla., and Georgia Spoonhaltz of Des Moines; two step-sons, Grant Sinn of Boone, and Dean Sinn of Texas; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
