Jim C. Elmer Robbins, Johnston

Services for Jim C. Elmer Robbins, 13, Johnston, a Winterset native who died Jan. 4 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center, were held Thursday at the Merle Hay Chapel in Des Moines. Burial was at the Merle Hay Mausoleum.

He was a resident of the Johnston Convalescent Home and is survived by his mother, Marjorie Robbins and a brother, Jack of Patterson; and grandparents, Rollie and Ruby Robbins, Patterson.

Coordinator's note: Although the obituary gives a Des Moines location for burial, there is a gravestone for the deceased in the Montpelier Cemetery in Madison County.
