It will be remembered a few years ago that there lived on the Macksburg road near the red bridge, a family by the name of Tusha. They sold out and moved to St. Charles to live. On Sunday last a telephone was received from St. Charles that his son, Archie Tusha, was dead. The young man was taken with congestion of the lungs, and died in a short time. At the time this sad accident took place, his mother was visiting at Barney.

The family have the sympathy of the community in the bereavement that has come upon them. Death is sad at any time, but when it strikes the young and the strong down, in the full flush of the Christmas tide, it does, indeed, seem more terrible.
