O. A. REHARD 77 DIES IN COLORADO

Madison County Resident for Most of Life Had Been Living at Pueblo

O. A. Rehard, a Madison county resident most of his life, died last Wednesday, April 15, at Pueblo, Colo., where he had been living the last 13 years. He was 77 years of age.

Mr. Rehard was born in Madison county Oct. 30, 1888. Most of his active life was spent in farming west of Winterset. He was married here Jan. 30, 1913. His wife preceded him in death.

In 1951 to 1963 he had been employed at the Colorado State hospital at Pueblo.

Surviving are a son, Donald C., daughter, Mrs. Dorothy M. Fox of Pueblo; three brothers, Floyd Rehard of Inglewood, Calif., and Ercie and Oliver Rehard of Des Moines; a sister, Mrs. Erma Kile of Dexter; and three grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Saturday from the Davis Memorial chapel at Pueblo, conducted by the Rev. Harold Hiller. Burial was made in Pueblo.

The Madisonian regrets that the story published last week reporting the death of O. A. Rehard, it was stated that his wife had preceded him in death. This was an error. Mrs. Rehard is living in Pueblo, where her husband's death occurred.)
