IVIL RHYNO, PERU DIES AT 62 YEARS
Death Occurs at Memorial Hospital for Life-Long Resident
Ivil L. Rhyno, a life-long resident of the Peru community, died Wednesday, Nov. 14, at Madison county Memorial hospital in Winterset. He was 62 years of age.
Mr. Rhyno was born March 2, 1894, on a farm in Walnut township. He was the only child of I. J. and Millie L. Rhyno. When he was 1 year old, he moved with his parents to a farm in South township. He graduated from the Peru high school with the class of 1910.
He served in the U.S. army during World War I.
Mr. Rhyno was married March 11, 1920, to Alta Beem. They were parents of one daughter, Garna. Both the wife and daughter survive.
Funeral services were held Saturday from the Richards Funeral home in Winterset, conducted by the Rev. W. W. Steinmetz, pastor of the Winterset Methodist church. Burial was made in the Peru cemetery.
