Funeral services for Lovisa Loraine Pickens of Truro were held Thursday, May 14, at Kale Funeral Home in Truro, Rev. George Campbell officiating.
Mrs. Pickens died Monday, May 11, at Madison County Memorial Hospital. She was 66 years old.
Born in Winterset on May 30, 1914, she was the daughter of Claude E. Clark and Mary Eggleston and later attended Winterset schools.
On June 6, 1966, she married Robert Pickens. Two daughters were born to the couple.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one granddaughter. Survivors include two daughters, Phyllis Decker of Peru and Myrna Horner of Truro; two brothers, LeRoy Clark of Winterset and Paul Clark of Marshalltown; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Burial was at Peru Cemetery.
