Macksburg, February 20. Special – A sudden gloom was cast over Macksburg and community Saturday morning, February 16th, when death summoned Barbara Lee, the eighteen months old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Love. She had been sick for several days with bronchial pneumonia and her condition became worse Saturday morning.
She is survived by her parents, grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Bonham, of Earlham, and Mrs. Elizabeth Love, of Macksburg, also several aunts and uncles and other relatives and a host of friends.
Funeral services were held at the Macksburg Methodist church, February 18th, conducted by Rev. Eugene Alexander, and burial was in the Macksburg cemetery.
