MRS. DELBERT SNYDER Dies At Age 62

Josephine Winifred Snyder was born March 23, 1910 in Madison County and died June 13, 1972 at the age of 62 years, 2 months and 20 days. She was the daughter of Frank and Rena McKibban. At eight years of age she and her twin brother, Joe, were adopted by Michael and Anna Busch. Her childhood was spent in Madison County where she attended Lone Star School and was a member of the Oak Grove Community Church.

In 1928 on the 26th day of May, she was united in marriage to Delbert Snyder. They made their home in Madison County where they were engaged in farming for 20 years.

The Snyder family moved to California in 1952, where Josephine was active as a nurse in the Southeast area for 15 years.

Mrs. Snyder is survived by her husband Delbert; one daughter, Delores (Mrs. Dwight Smith) of Bell; and two sons, Dwight and Daniel of Maywood, California; three sisters, Marie (Mrs. William York) of Des Moines; Zada McClain and Bernice Lawson of Lake Isabella, California; and eight grandchildren.

Internment was made at Park Lawn Memorial Park, Bell, California.
