Phyllis Patrick, 93, of Winterset died of heart disease March 6, 2003.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 10:30 a.m. Sat., March 8 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Winterset. Burial was in Winterset Cemetery.
Phyllis was born Oct. 12, 1909 in Cheshire, England to John and Anne (Sparks) Maddock. She first married Arthur Richardson, who preceded her in death in 1949. She later married William Patrick, who also preceded her in death in 1979. She had lived in Toronto, Canada, as well as England, before moving to Winterset in 1993. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands, two brothers, Jim and Sam; and one sister, Beryl.
She is survived by a sister, Nancy Bate of England; one daughter, Sheila Algreen of Winterset; four grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
