HENRY L. PURSELL OF CRESTON DIES

Henry L. Purscell of Creston, a former Winterset resident, died Saturday, Jan. 7, at the age of 46 years.

Mr. Purscell was born in Winterset April 28, 1909, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Purscell. He was married about 23 years ago to Pauline Miner. They were the parents of seven children.

Surviving are his wife; his mother, Mrs. Lucy Purscell of Winterset; five children, Billy, Marlyn, Larry, Judy and Jackie Purscell; one grandson; a brother, Marion Purscell; and a sister, Mrs. Ellen Wilson.

Funeral services were held this Tuesday morning from the Anderson Home for Funerals, conducted by the Rev. S. C. Picken, pastor of the Winterset United Presbyterian church. Burial was made in the Primitive Baptist cemetery here.
