Services were held today (Wednesday) at 10 a.m. at Church of the Assumption in the community of Churchville for Harold "Ole" Olson, 72, of St. Charles, who died of a heart ailment Monday at a Winterset nursing home. Burial was at the IOOF Cemetery in Indianola.
Survivors include his wife, Cepha; sons, Robert of Fresno, Calif., Lewis of Dysart and Gary of Laurel; stepdaughters, Mary Hildebrand, Winterset, Rosa McNeer of Newton, Marge Singer of Wilson, N. C., and Carol Warhola of Tampa, Fla.; a stepson, Paul Emerson of Iowa City, six grandchildren, 17 step-grandchildren and 21 step-great-grandchildren.
