David Patrick Rinkert, 15 months, died November 19, 1993 at Des Moines Blank Children's Hospital. Funeral services were held Mon. Nov. 22, 1993 at the First Baptist Church in Winterset. The Rev. John Shaull officiated the ceremony. Burial was at the Winterset Cemetery.

He was born July 27, 1992 in Des Moines to John William Rinkert and Julie Anne (Lenninger) Rinkert.

Surviving relatives include his parents; one brother, James R. Rinkert; one sister, Noelle Rinkert all of Winterset; grandparents, James W. and Rose Rinkert of Winterset; Robert E. Lenninger of Winterset, Jay and Karen Schreiner of Ankeny; great grandparents, Opal and Walt Gardner of Winterset, Robert K. and Roberta Lenninger of Washington and Edith Pit of Logan; and many aunts and uncles.
