Services for Clyde Elmer Musselman, 87, Truro, who died Aug. 23 at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, were held Aug. 26 at the Kale Funeral Home in Truro with the Rev. James Nicholson officiating. Burial was at the Hopeville Cemetery at Hopeville, Iowa.
Born March 31, 1899 in Union County, he was the son of Marion and Estella Butterfield Musselman. He attended Clarke County schools and was married to Maggie Glazebrook on Jan. 3, 1923 at Osceola.
Mr. Musselman, a retired farmer, is survived by his wife; a daughter, Jaunita Freel and husband Galen of Elkhart; a granddaughter, Marva Owen and husband Ron of rural Elkhart; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Minnie West of Osceola and Marion Havens of Clearwater, Fla.; and a brother, Ray of Creston.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
